We had Bob and his crew install a Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning /heat system at our home. They were punctual, courteous, and completed the job in one day. Their work was very neat and presentable and they left no clean up for us to do. We are extremely happy with the system Bob chose for our needs and at a good price! We had one of the “bigger” companies come first and they couldn’t even identify the correct problem and were going to charge outrageous prices. It was a terrible experience all around. We wanted to let you know how much we enjoy the ductless A/C systems installed in April. After working outside in the garden with the heat & humidity, it’s sure nice to come into a more comfortable house.

I’ve called three times. All three times have been for an issue that needed to be addressed fairly quickly (no hot water, no AC in a heat wave- twice). The kind woman in the office listens and although they’ve been busy each time, she was sympathetic to my emergency and figures out away. Bob does his work quickly, effectively, and explains the issue in non-technical terms. I was not and have not been a “regular”. I am now and will always be!
