I had an issue with my furnace and had called several businesses only to be told they couldn’t get to me for days. Not only was Home Air Plus able to squeeze me in the same day, but their intake person was the only person I talked to out of all the businesses I called who expressed compassion for my situation. I’m sure they get calls like mine all the time, but taking the time to acknowledge the emotion behind my situation really made a difference. The tech was very thorough and professional and took the time to talk me through what he was doing. I will definitely contact them again for any future needs I have.
