I cannot say enough about Bob and his team! He literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. The quote, install, and activation of my Mitsubishi unit was seamless. Running on the new system has cut my oil bill in half. The cherry on top was when Bob sent me paperwork 3 weeks later for an additional rebate he had found! All I had to do was sign it and within 10 days I had another $800 back. If you are on the fence about working with Bob (or even getting a Mitsubishi unit) – DO IT. It will be the best decision you’ve ever made!

I’ve called three times. All three times have been for an issue that needed to be addressed fairly quickly (no hot water, no AC in a heat wave- twice). The kind woman in the office listens and although they’ve been busy each time, she was sympathetic to my emergency and figures out away. Bob does his work quickly, effectively, and explains the issue in non-technical terms. I was not and have not been a “regular”. I am now and will always be!
I really do appreciate your helping me by being able to send out a GREAT service person on a very trying day for me. I was expecting him to find a Big Elephant problem and he found and fixed the small gnat problem with a blink of his eye. The experience and quality of all the personnel of Home Air is outstanding and worthy of comment.
I just wanted to thank Bob, Bill and Matt for the excellent work done installing a mini split AC system at our summer home. Bob was very prompt in coming and explaining the system, options and sending a quote. Installation was scheduled in less than 2 weeks when I expected months.
The work done was professional, clean and neat. Matt even spent time to explain the full operation of the system to my wife and I before leaving.
I also would like to thank Steve & Tyler from S&S Electrical for the their part. They not only did a quality electrical job but changed a broken cover plate on a GFCI that was not part of the scheduled work. We are really pleased with all the work that was done. Thanks guys!
We wanted to let you know how much we enjoy the ductless A/C systems installed in April. After working outside in the garden with the heat & humidity, it’s sure nice to come into a more comfortable house.
